Privacy Notice

Last updated September 22, 2026

This notice explains how Oracle Ifa LLC, doing business as Oracle Ifá®, Ilé Ààlá Òrìṣà Temple, and Ilé Èlà Àgbọnnìrègún Temple (“Oracle Ifá,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit oracleifa.com, schedule a consultation, make a purchase, join a program, or contact us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing or mailing address, account information, appointment details, order information, and messages you send to us.

When you request a consultation or spiritual service, you may voluntarily share information about personal, family, relationship, spiritual, financial, legal, or health concerns. We use that information only to understand and provide the service you requested, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with you about your care or account.

Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location, cookie identifiers, and information needed for security, analytics, and site performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • schedule and provide consultations, ceremonies, education, memberships, and other requested services;
  • process orders, payments, and deliveries;
  • send confirmations, recordings, service instructions, account notices, and responses to inquiries;
  • maintain client, customer, and membership records;
  • improve the website, understand site use, prevent fraud, and protect our services;
  • send marketing messages only where permitted and provide a way to unsubscribe; and
  • comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.

3. Consultation and Sensitive Information

Because consultations may involve private or sensitive life circumstances, we treat client-submitted information with care and discretion. We do not use the private substance of a consultation to target advertising. We do not publicly disclose a client’s consultation, recording, testimonial, or identifying information without permission, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Please do not send more sensitive information than is reasonably needed before your appointment. Spiritual services do not replace licensed medical, mental-health, legal, or financial care.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment and commerce providers. Depending on the service used, these may include Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Stripe, PayPal, or Square. These providers process payment information under their own privacy and security terms. Oracle Ifá does not intentionally store your complete payment-card number or security code on its own website.

5. Service Providers and Limited Sharing

We may share only the information reasonably necessary with companies that help us operate the website and deliver requested services, such as website hosting, scheduling, payment processing, email or SMS delivery, analytics, video-conferencing, order fulfillment, shipping, and professional advisers. These providers may use information only as permitted by their agreements and applicable law.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect legal rights or safety, in connection with a business transfer, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies needed for site operation, preferences, security, scheduling, commerce, and analytics. You may manage cookies through the site’s cookie controls or your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect scheduling, account, or checkout functions.

7. Data Retention and Security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services, maintain business and spiritual-service records, resolve disputes, meet legal or accounting duties, and protect the integrity of our work. Retention periods vary according to the type of information and the reason it was collected.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please use a secure device and connection when submitting private information.

8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message. Service-related communications—such as appointment confirmations, payment receipts, order updates, or responses to your request—may still be sent when necessary.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information; to object to or limit certain uses; or to withdraw consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting, security, or legitimate service purposes.

9. Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. A parent or legal guardian should contact us before submitting information or arranging services on behalf of a minor.

10. Updates and Contact

We may update this notice when our services, providers, or legal responsibilities change. The date above identifies the current version.

For a privacy question or a request to review, correct, or delete information, contact us through oracleifa.com/contact or email oracleifa.adm@gmail.com.
