PAYMENTS AND SCHEDULING

Because consultations, readings, and spiritual services are reserved and prepared individually, payments are final and non-refundable once the purchase or service engagement is completed. If you need to change a scheduled appointment, contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling may be accommodated when reasonably possible and remains subject to availability and the nature of the work. This policy does not limit any right that cannot legally be waived.

TRADITIONAL PROCESS AND FLEXIBILITY

Ifá and Orisa work may require flexibility. Timing or practical arrangements can change because of what is revealed through divination, spiritual requirements, material availability, travel, health, weather, or other conditions outside anyone’s control. When a reasonable adjustment is necessary, we will communicate it as clearly as possible and preserve the proper order and integrity of the work.
