Tampa Bay carries old roots and new growth at once. Ybor City still remembers the Cuban workers who built it — and with them came traditions of the Orisa that never left Florida. Today the metro stretches from St. Petersburg to Brandon, home to military families from MacDill living with deployments and moves, to healthcare workers, to port and construction trades. People here are practical; when they seek spiritual counsel, they want something real, direct, and accountable.
Dr. Oba Ifágbèmì offers private Ifá consultation to Tampa Bay seekers by phone or video. With 25+ years of Ifá practice, he is the Oludasile (founder) of Ilé Àálá Temple in West Palm Beach, Florida, and consults with clients across Florida and beyond.
The consultation is conducted through Dàfá (traditional Ifá divination): Ifá is cast, the Odù — the sacred sign addressing your matter — is revealed, and Dr. Oba interprets its message with you in straightforward language. There is no theater in it. You state your question plainly; Ifá answers plainly; together you examine what the answer requires of you.
What your consultation includes
Your private 75-minute consultation ($145) is conducted personally by Dr. Oba. The session includes:
A live consultation by phone or video, at a scheduled time
Dàfá divination and full interpretation of the Odù in clear, practical language
Time for your questions throughout — nothing rushed
Discussion of recommended next steps and any prescribed ẹbọ
A recording for your private review
Any additional spiritual work, materials, or ceremonies are explained and priced separately. You consider the recommendations before deciding whether to proceed.
What happens during the consultation
The session starts where you are: the move you are weighing, the marriage under strain, the business decision with real money behind it, the health scare that rearranged your priorities, the feeling that life keeps testing you in the same place. Dr. Oba performs Dàfá and interprets the Odù's counsel — timing, hindrances, openings — and discusses any prescribed ẹbọ with complete transparency about what it is and what it costs. Discussion belongs to the consultation; any further work is separate and decided by you.
Other formats
A recorded 45-minute consultation ($95), five written Yes/No questions ($85), and an Ifá + Numerology session ($160) are also available. Full details appear on the consultation page.
