Fort Lauderdale sits between Miami's intensity and the quieter coastal towns to the north — a working port city, a hospitality town, home to families from across the Caribbean and Latin America and to professionals who came for the water and stayed for the life. In the middle of busy schedules and constant motion, many here quietly look for something steadier: counsel they can trust when a decision matters.
Dr. Oba Ifágbèmì offers private Ifá consultation to Fort Lauderdale seekers by phone or video. He brings 25+ years of Ifá practice to every session and is the Oludasile (founder) of Ilé Àálá Temple in West Palm Beach, Florida — close enough to know South Florida, available wherever you are.
An Ifá consultation is conducted through Dàfá (traditional Ifá divination): Ifá is cast, the Odù — the sacred sign speaking to your situation — is revealed, and its message is interpreted with you in direct, usable language. It is unhurried by design. Your questions are part of the session, not an afterthought.
What your consultation includes
Your private 75-minute consultation ($145) is conducted personally by Dr. Oba. The session includes:
A live consultation by phone or video, at a time that fits your schedule
Dàfá divination and full interpretation of the Odù in clear, practical language
Time for your questions throughout — nothing rushed
Discussion of recommended next steps and any prescribed ẹbọ
A recording for your private review
Any additional spiritual work, materials, or ceremonies are explained and priced separately. You consider the recommendations before deciding whether to proceed.
What happens during the consultation
The session begins with what you are carrying — the decision, the relationship, the pattern that keeps returning, the question about direction. Dr. Oba performs Dàfá and walks through the Odù's counsel with you: what Ifá sees in the timing, what blocks the way, what opens it, and whether ẹbọ is prescribed. Remedies are discussed as part of the consultation; any further work or materials are separate, explained in full, and entirely your choice.
Other formats
A recorded 45-minute consultation ($95), five written Yes/No questions ($85), and an Ifá + Numerology session ($160) are also available. Full details appear on the consultation page.
